The Woodlands is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around The Woodlands is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Pre ordered the Minecraft cookie set for my nephews birthday the night before so I can secure them for the next day in case they sold out... Showed up to pick up my order and this is what i left with... Sold out of most of the cookies, No pictures on the chocolate or yellow , and the green are different looking.. VERY disappointing :/

On Monday, April 20th, I placed an order at Crumbl Cookies and the experience was, without exaggeration, completely unacceptable. This is the second time Iβve visited this location, and itβs clear there is no basic standard of customer service. I placed my order online, and the system indicated it was ready within the estimated time. When I arrived, the store was completely unattended. There was an employee in the back who did not greet me or offer any assistance. I waited over 15 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment. When two employees finally came out, instead of apologizing, one of them asked me what I was doing there. I explained I was waiting for my order, and he told me he didnβt have one. Only after I insisted did he check again and find it. His response was to tell me that βnext timeβ I should mark in the app that Iβve arrived so they know Iβm there. That is not only unreasonable, it reflects a poorly managed system and a complete lack of accountability. It is completely unacceptable that with three employees on shift, not a single person is monitoring the front of the store. This is not just a customer service issue β it is a serious safety concern. I'm more reviewing on the flavor. The service and atmosphere of this crumbl was very clean. This is my first time trying Crumbl because of a $25 gift card. I will not be back again. Flavor wise, the cookies were waaay too sweet and calorie heavy. Its not geared toward my liking.

This is my second visit. The cookies are so good! They are thick as well⦠so eating an entire cookie for one person feels almost too indulgent. The bakery is small but the cookies are HUGE. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because we ordered a pack of 4 and they boxed them up in a minute. They tasted like they came out of the fridge. I have had these cookies before and they were soft but these were pretty hard and cold. We were super disappointed as i have been trying to sell my kids on these. I wish they would give you a choice or tell you when they are warm. I assumed incorrectly that they are warm and soft at all hours of the day. But overall cute bakery. Great cookies. We got 4 for $12.95. You can also order the smaller ones. Pricey but not if you think of it as a cookie the size of a small cake. If you try CRUMBL and you like warm cookies, ask them when you can get them warm before you order. It will be worth it to wait.
